Honestly about cost: at volume, in a language Otter supports, Otter Pro is cheaper per hour than our plans — 1,200 minutes for $16.99 is about $0.85 an hour against our $2.00. If the hourly rate is the only criterion and you record in English, that is an argument for Otter.
