- All prices are gross and include any applicable tax. The invoice goes to your email address.
- We bill every started minute of recording — a 20-minute file uses 20 minutes of your balance.
- Subscription hours are valid until the end of the paid period; pack hours never expire. The system always spends the soonest-expiring hours first.
- You can change or cancel the subscription any time in the Stripe customer portal, effective at the end of the billing period.
- The service starts right after payment, and you still have 14 days to withdraw for a full refund — even if you have already used some of the hours.

Billing questions
Can I pay for just one transcript, without a subscription?
Yes. After uploading a recording and creating an account, choose "This transcript only": $0.10 per started minute, minimum $1.99 — a two-minute recording costs $1.99, an hour-long one $6.00. You get the full text, editing, sharing by link and TXT/SRT export for that recording, indefinitely. We do not store your card. With several recordings a month a subscription is cheaper — Starter is $9.99 for 4 hours.
What is free?
Recordings up to 5 started minutes — once you sign in they open in full, with no charge and no card, within 15 free minutes a day per account. The allowance renews daily, and an unlocked transcript stays for good. File export and the redacted version remain paid.
What happens to unused subscription hours?
Subscription hours are valid until the end of the paid billing period and do not roll over. If you need hours without an expiry date, choose a pack — pack hours never expire.
Do hour packs expire?
No. Hours from the 5 h ($19.99) and 10 h ($29.99) packs stay on your account indefinitely. The system spends the soonest-expiring hours first — for example from a subscription — and leaves packs for last.
How do I change or cancel a plan?
Account settings open the Stripe customer portal, where you can switch plans, download invoices and cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — until then your hours remain available.
Do the prices include tax?
Yes, all prices are gross: the amount shown is the amount charged, with any applicable tax already included. Payments are handled by Stripe, and the invoice goes to your email address.
What happens when I run out of hours?
A new transcription requires available hours — we check your balance before processing starts. You can buy a pack at any moment or wait for the subscription to renew.
